Update your record at nppes.cms.hhs.gov (the official NPPES portal, log in with your identity and access credentials). Changes you make there flow to NPI Atlas automatically with the next monthly file; our current build uses the June 2026 file, so expect roughly a one-month lag.

If a record exposes you to harm (for example an outdated home address listed as a practice location) and waiting for the monthly cycle is not acceptable, email contact@npiatlas.com with the NPI number and what needs to change. We review these requests promptly and can suppress a profile ahead of the next data refresh.

We do not hand-edit registry facts on individual pages: a single source of truth is what keeps this site trustworthy. Suppression and source correction are the two mechanisms.
