NPI Atlas presents United States healthcare provider registry data from the public NPPES file, together with derived statistics and reference tools. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and a listing is not a recommendation, endorsement, or confirmation that a provider is currently licensed or practicing. Verify independently before care or credentialing decisions.

The underlying registry is self-reported and updated monthly; see our methodology. The site and its data are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KINEPIK SRL is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

You may use the data for lawful purposes, including reuse of the underlying public records. You may not use the site to harass providers, misrepresent our pages as the government registry, scrape at volumes that degrade the service, or present the data in a way that implies endorsement by us or by CMS.
